The ACE program (Athletes Completing their Education) is a program for former student-athletes who left school early without completing their Bachelor's Degree. Through the Humphreys Center for Student-Athletes, the following assistance is offered through this valuable program:
- Assistance with NCAA Degree Completion Award Program Application - if awarded, NCAA will pay for tuition, fees and books needed to complete degree
(note: not all applications are awarded)
- Academic Advising and assistance with class registration, academic progress in coursework and graduation assistance
- Group tutoring is also available for some coursework
- Career and Life Skill Counseling - Individual and Workshops
Through this program recently, several former student-athletes have received financial assistance through the NCAA and have returned to ETSU to complete their Bachelor's Degrees to enhance their careers.
