Orrick joined the ETSU Volleyball staff in August 2017 as a graduate assistant.
Her day to day duties include assisting the head coach in all aspects of the team including training, competing, and scheduling. She also coordinates travel arrangements and helps manage volleyball camps held at ETSU. Lastly, she assists in recruiting student-athletes.
Orrick comes from Illinois State University, where she played two years of volleyball. She appeared in all 33 matches and 124 sets during her senior year. She was named an AVCA All-America honorable mention selection and earned AVCA All-Region honors. For back to back years, she was named the All-MVC First-Team selection, as well as being named to the MVC Championship All-Tournament Team. She set the Illinois State single-season record for digs (732) and digs per set (5.90), while ranking third among NCAA Division I players in digs per set. She finished her career with 1,304 digs, while ranking sixth in school history.
Orrick was a Senior CLASS Award nominee and was named to MVC Scholar-Athlete First Team.
Prior to ISU, Orrick played two season at Lincoln Land Community College where she was a two-time National Junior College Athletic Association All-American. She was named the conference’s freshman of the year in 2011 and holds LLCC career record for 2,048 digs.
She is currently earning her Masters of Science in Kinesiology and Sport Studies, with a Sport Management focus at ETSU.
