JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 21, 2014) – As a new freshman class moved into the dorms on Thursday, ETSU baseball head coach Tony Skole and his staff welcomed 20 newcomers to campus as well.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (June 7, 2014) – Chris Riopedre (Miami, Fla.) became the second Buccaneer player to be drafted on day three of the Major League Baseball Draft as the ETSU junior shortstop was taken by the Washington Nationals in the 23rd round on Saturday afternoon. Riopedre was the 694th overall pick in the first-year player draft.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (June 7, 2014) – ETSU baseball local product Clinton Freeman (Jonesborough, Tenn.) was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 18th round of the 2014 Major League Baseball Draft on Saturday. Freeman was the 549th overall pick.

FT. MYERS, Fla. (May 25, 2014) – ETSU junior Jordan Sanford (Powell, Tenn.) and sophomore Jeremy Taylor (Fayetteville, Ga.) were named to the Atlantic Sun All-Tournament Team, which was announced following the championship game on Sunday.
