ETSU-UNC Asheville baseball rained out

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Mar. 31, 2004) - This afternoon's scheduled baseball game between East Tennessee State and UNC Asheville has been rained out due to inclement weather in the Asheville, N.C. area. No makeup date has been announced. ETSU now returns to Southern Conference play as the Bucs host Western Carolina in a three-game weekend set. The Bucs and Catamounts open their series Friday night at 7 p.m. from Cardinal Park in Johnson City, Tenn., while Saturday's game is scheduled for 2 p.m. and Sunday's game will be played at 1 p.m. Friday night's game can be heard in the Tri-Cities area on 910-AM WJCW and will also be broadcast on the ETSU athletic website, www.ETSUBucs.com.
