Russell achieved his spot on the second team after leading the Bucs from the plate all season, batting .335 with 10 home runs, 19 doubles and 44 RBI. The junior boasted a slugging percentage of .560, and had a team high 20 multi-hit games as well as a team-best 12-game hitting streak over the course of the season.
It is Russell's second postseason honor from the conference after being named to the all-tournament team for his performance in last season's Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Championships.
Petro finished his first collegiate season with a .295 batting average, hitting .318 against conference pitching. He belted 12 doubles, two home runs and finished fourth on the squad with 24 RBI. The
