JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (June 3, 2010) - Junior first baseman Paul Hoilman (Johnson City, Tenn.) was selected as a 2010 Louisville Slugger First Team All-American, announced Collegiate Baseball on Thursday afternoon.

Hoilman, the Atlantic Sun Player of the Year, is the first Buccaneer to be named a first team All-American in the program's history. The junior has received All-American honors for three straight seasons after being named a Louisville Slugger Third Team All-American in 2009 and a Louisville Slugger Freshmen All-American in 2008.

The All-Conference selection finished the year ranked top 25 nationally in hits (99), runs (79), doubles (24), home runs (24), RBI (84), walks (51), and on base percentage (.526), while leading the country in total bases (202) and slugging percentage (.860).

The local product set ETSU single season records for hits, home runs, extra base hits, total bases, RBI, runs and walks. Hoilman also holds the career record for RBI (197) and walks (117), and tied Mike Nipper with 51 career home runs at the Atlantic Sun baseball tournament.
