JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 25, 2011)
- The ETSU baseball team is set to face Eastern Kentucky in a two-game non-conference mid-week series starting Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Turkey Hughes Field in Richmond, Ky.

The Bucs and Colonels are slated to close out the series on Wednesday at 2 p.m.

ETSU (23-15, 12-10 A-Sun) ended a six-game skid this past Saturday defeating Kennesaw State 7-3 in the series finale. The Bucs' Paul Hoilman (Johnson City, Tenn.) went 3-for-4 in the contest with a pair of home runs and four RBI.

EKU (14-26, 6-9 OVC) leads the all-time series 49-31 with the last meeting coming in 2010 as the Colonels took both games of a mid-week series at Cardinal Park.

The Colonels come into the series having dropped four straight games after being swept by UT Martin over the weekend. Jacob Daniel leads the way offensively for EKU hitting .376 on the season with eight home runs and 37 RBI.
