2010 Season: Had arguably one of the best single seasons in ETSU history breaking seven season records and three career records ... was named the Atlantic Sun Player of the Year and the A-Sun Male Scholar Athlete of the Year ... A Golden Spikes Award semifinalist, Hoilman was named a Louisville Slugger First Team All-American by Collegiate Baseball ... Hoilman was also named a Pro-Line Second Team All-American by the NCBWA and a Ping!Baseball Second Team All-American as well as a Third Team All-American by Baseball America ...received ESPN the Magazine First-Team Academic All-American honors ... An A-Sun First Team All-Conference selection, Hoilman led the country in slugging (.860) and the A-Sun in average (.421), home runs (25), runs (79), total bases (202) and walks (51) ... led the Bucs in doubles (24), on base percentage (.526) and RBI (84) ... ranked top 25 nationally in average, runs, hits, home runs, RBIs, slugging, walk and on base percentage ... started all 60 games while posting 21 multi-RBI games and 31 multi-hit games ... was named the A-Sun Player of the Week on April 26 ... had a three-home run game against UNC Asheville on May 11 ... posted three doubles against Wofford on April 14 ... tied a career high with five RBI twice against UNC Asheville (5/11) and FGCU (5/28) ... had a 15-game hit streak from April 24 to May 15 ... made two appearances on the mound striking out four batters in 3.0 innings ... received Atlantic Sun All-Academic honors and was named to the Dean’s List.
 
2009 Season: An Atlantic Sun First Team All-Conference selection Hoilman started all 53 games for the Bucs ... led the conference in slugging (.740), finished seventh in average (.380), tied for second in RBIs (66), fourth in on base percentage (.478), tied for fourth in home runs (17) and total bases (148), tied for sixth in doubles (19), and tied for ninth in runs scored (55) ... Hoilman also led the Bucs with 76 hits, 40 walks, a and seven sacrifice flies ... was named a Louisville Slugger Third Team All-American by Collegiate Baseball ... received Second Team All-American honors from College Baseball Insider and was named to the Honorable Mention All-American Team by Ping! Baseball ... earned A-Sun Player of the Week and the Southeast Player of the Week by College Baseball Insider for the week of ... totaled 21 multi-hit games and 20 multi-RBI games ... had a season high five RBI twice against North Florida (4/5) and Lipscomb (5/16) ... had three multi home run games and two four-hit games ... had a 16-game hit streak from 3/18 to 4/17 raising his average from .263 to .338 ... made five appearances on the mound for the Bucs including one start ... struck out three against Jacksonville (4/9) ... received Atlantic Sun All-Academic honors and was named to the Buccaneer 4.0 list.
 
2008 Season: Hoilman played in 49 games, starting 43 at first base and one as the DH … hit .353 with 18 doubles, nine home runs, and 47 RBIs … earned Louisville Slugger Freshmen All American honors, and was selected to the Atlantic Sun All-Freshmen team … Hoilman hit three home runs and had seven RBIs against Belmont (4/20) … produced 15 multiple hit games and eight multiple RBI games for the Bucs … lead the team with a 17 game hitting streak ... received Atlantic Sun All-Academic honor.
 
High School: First-Team All-District selection as a junior ... named to the High School Louisville Slugger All-American Honorable Mention list ... had a 10-1 record with a 2.48 ERA ... hit .468 with 9 home runs and 45 RBIs ... was a member of a Science Hill team that finished third in the Tennessee 3A State Playoffs.
