2008 Season: Andrews split time starting and coming out of the bullpen ... Recorded a 4-4 record in 21 appearances…had an ERA of 6.75 in 44.0 innings pitched….opponents only hit .276 against Andrews…Received Atlantic Sun All-Academic honors.

Prior to ETSU: Made 14 appearances for Lake Sumter CC including 13 starts ... finished second on the team, collecting 48 strikeouts in 69 innings pitched ... had the second fewest walks on the team, only having walked more than two batters in a game once ... played in the Florida Collegiate League in the summer of 2007 with the Sanford Riverbats ... had 2-3 record with a 5.15 ERA for the Riverbats, striking out 30 batters in 36.2 innings pitched ... batters only hit .291 off of him in the eight appearances ... received the President’s Award at Lake Sumter CC for his academic achievements.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Leesburg High School ... named Second-Team All-State in the state of Florida as a senior.
