(July 7, 2015) – The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Tuesday that following standard state bid procedures, BurWil Construction of Bristol, Tenn., has been selected as the construction manager and general contractor for the new ETSU football stadium project, which is scheduled to begin later this year.
