JOHNSON CITY, Tenn.  (March 11, 2014) – ETSU football head coach Carl Torbush and his staff released information regarding upcoming tryouts on Tuesday afternoon.

On Thursday, March 20, the ETSU coaching staff will hold a meeting for all on-campus students who are interested in trying out for the team. The meeting will take place in the third-floor forum inside the ETSU Culp Center at 6 p.m. 

This meeting will inform students of the requirements which must be completed prior to being allowed to participate in on-field tryouts.

Below is a list of requirements students need to meet in order to attend the meeting on March 20.

1) Bring a letter of recommendation from their high school coach

2) Bring a physical highlight video or provide an online link to highlights   

3) Be a full-time ETSU student (12 or more credit hours)

4) Must have a grade-point-average of 2.0 or higher (please bring unofficial transcript)
