Mark Kinser the $5,000 in gift cards for gasoline which he won by
participating in the Buccaneer Athletic Scholarship Association’s Raffle,
sponsored by Roadrunner Markets. Kinser, an avid ETSU supporter,
in turn donated portions of his prize back to ETSU athletics for use in
recruiting travel.

Mission

The mission of the Buccaneer Athletic Scholarship Association at East Tennessee State University is to provide scholarship funding for the student-athlete.

Vision

The vision of the Buccaneer Athletic Scholarship Association is to provide scholarship funding for all student athletes, which will establish the long term stability of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at East Tennessee State University.
