The ETSU Cheerleaders attended the Universal Cheerleader Association's College Cheerleading Camp at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville this past summer. They received all superior honors, collecting runner-up trophies in sideline, cheer, and fight song categories under first year coach Brittany Gambuzza.

They also received the "coveted Most Collegiate Award which is given to the team that exemplifies the best in college cheerleading in character, technique, talent, and representation."
