DELAND, Fla. (Dec. 1, 2006) -- Coming off a season opening win in Atlantic Sun play Thursday night at Mercer, the ETSU men's basketball team will try to make it two in a row Saturday evening at Stetson. Tip time is set for 7:30 p.m.

The Bucs, who are currently 2-2 all-time against the Hatters, got a strong performance from senior forward Brad Nuckles (Council, Va.) against Mercer. Nuckles scored 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds en route to his eighth career double-double. Nuckles also picked up a career high five blocks, one of which kept Mercer from tying the game with less than 30 seconds remaining in the game.
