JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 25, 2006) - With the start of the 2006-07 basketball season just around the corner, the ETSU men's and women's basketball teams will give fans an early preview of the upcoming season this Saturday, Oct. 28 inside Memorial Center.

 

The two teams will hold their annual Blue-Gold scrimmage as part of ETSU's Homecoming weekend, with the game benefiting the Children's Hospital at the Johnson City Medical Center. Tip for the men's scrimmage will be 2 p.m., with the women's scrimmage to follow at 4 p.m. Tickets are $2, with proceeds going to the Children's Hospital. Promotions, giveaways, and other surprises will also be a part of this event.

 

Fans who are unable to attend the scrimmage can watch live via video streaming provided at ETSUBucs.com, or they can also access the live audio link on th site.
