HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (Nov. 19, 2007) -- Coming off a quality win over Ohio Valley Conference tournament champion and 2007 NCAA participant Eastern Kentucky, the ETSU men's basketball team continues its early season non-conference schedule Tuesday night on the road against Conference USA foe Marshall.

The Buccaneers (1-1) own a 23-20 record all-time against the Thundering Herd (1-0), dating back to the days when the two teams were rivals as members of the Southern Conference. ETSU won the last meeting between the two teams back in 2005 at Memorial Center, but the Bucs lost in their last trip to the Cam Henderson Center back in 2004.

Of particular interest Tuesday night will be junior guard Courtney Pigram's quest for 1,000 points in his career. The Memphis native is just 15 points shy of reaching that mark heading into the game with the Herd.
