About Rashawn: A big guard who can simply score the basketball … expected to be a player that can make shots and help the Bucs reload offensively … a prolific scorer at the prep level. 2011-12: Participated in 19 games as a freshman, averaging 6.2 minutes a contest … averaged 1.5 points a game … played his best game so far as a collegiate player, going a perfect 4-for-4 from the field with three made 3-pointers to score 11 points in 15 minutes of action against Kennesaw State (2/4) ... had a productive game against Tennessee Tech (12/7), setting career bests for points (6), rebounds (2), minutes (16), and steals (2) ... played a season high 10 minutes in the loss to Stetson (12/1) ... came off the bench to give the Bucs seven minutes of quality playing time in the win at Charlotte, setting new career bests for points (3), rebounds (2), and minutes (7) ... made his collegiate debut against Virginia Tech (11/12), scoring a point in four minutes of play. High school: Averaged over 20 points and seven rebounds a game during his high school career … shot over 42 percent from 3-point range at the prep level … played for Team Nike Florida and his high school team finished as the Class 5A runner up in 2010 … was a first team Western Conference pick, and St. Pete Times All-American first team.
