About Jarvis: A pure shooter and a player that can simply score the basketball … quick feet with good size for a shooting guard … expected to provide an outside scoring threat … continues a pipeline of talented players coming to Johnson City from Memphis. 2011-12: Finished the season averaging 5.9 points a game, and shot a team best 36 percent from beyond the 3-point arc … played in 31 games and started in eight … had a career high six rebounds and scored nine points in the win over UNF (3/1/12) in the A-Sun quarterfinals ... dished out a career high three assists in the win over FGCU (2/25) ... had 11 points in the loss to Mercer (2/6) ... posted a career best game against Lipscomb (1/21), setting new personal bests for points (18), field goals (7), field goals attempted (15), 3-pointers made (4), 3-pointers attempted (9) and steals (4) ... sank multiple clutch shots in the final minutes, scoring 13 second half points and helping lift the Bucs to their win over Kennesaw State (1/9) ... posted an 11-point effort in the win over USC Upstate (1/4) ... scored 13 points and matched his career high with five rebounds in the win over Milligan (12/19) ... enjoyed his first start of the season at Appalachian State (12/10), scoring eight points and grabbing a pair of steals in a career high 34 minutes of action ... played a season high 27 minutes, scoring nine points and setting season highs for rebounds (4) and steals (3) in the loss to Tennessee Tech (12/7) ... sank the game-winning 3-pointer with less than one second left on the clock in the Bucs’ 70-69 win over A-10 foe Charlotte (11/22) ... had his best game so far this season, scoring 14 points and hitting on 4-of-6 3-point attempts in the win over Troy (11/19) ... scored three points and grabbed three steals in 15 minutes of play in the win over Appalachian State (11/15). 2010-11: Sat out the season as a redshirt. 2009-10: Averaged 3.9 points in 26 games, averaging 11.7 minutes per contest … scored eight points and played a career-high 25 minutes in the loss to Belmont (1/23) ... played the best game of his career, scoring a personal-best 17 points, including the game-winning 3-pointer with .4 seconds left in the win over Lipscomb (1/21) ... had his second straight quality outing, matching his career high with 14 points on a personal-best six field goals in the win over Jacksonville (12/21) ... put together the best game of his career with personal bests for points (14), field goals (4), 3-pointers (4) and steals (4) in 21 minutes against Morehead State (12/18) ... missed the season’s first four games with a knee injury.  2008-09: Averaged 10.6 minutes and 3.3 points per game as a true freshman … matched his career high with  13 points on 4-of-6 shooting -- including a 2-of-3 clip from 3-point range -- in the win over Kennesaw State (2/26) ... had eight points on 4-of-9 shooting against North Florida (2/1) ... played a career-high 25 minutes and scored eight points in the win over UNF (2/1) ... scored seven points and grabbed a career-high two steals in the win over Campbell (1/22) ... sank a game-changing 3-pointer in overtime of the Lipscomb win (1/17) ... had a career-high 13 points and matched his career best with three 3-pointers in the loss to FGCU (1/12) ... posted a career best with three 3-pointers in the win over Marshall (12/2) ... scored six points and picked up his first-ever steal and assist in the win over SIU Edwardsville (11/15) ... had a strong collegiate debut, scoring 12 points on 4-of-8 shooting against Temple (11/14) in 22 minutes of action. High School: A star at Mitchell High in Memphis, he led his prep team to 58 wins during his sophomore and junior seasons and posted a 50-point game during that time … a four-year starter, he averaged 17.5 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game … his school won back-to-back district, regional and sub-state championships, and finished as a state runner-up twice.
