2006 Cross Country: Redshirted

2006 Outdoor: Finished third in the 3000-meters at the Western Carolina Invitational, marking a season best … posted season-bests at the A-Sun Championships in both the 5000-meters and 10000-meters.

2006 Indoor: Finished first in the 3000-meters snapping the tape in 11:03.99, at the Appalachian Invitational.

2005 Cross Country: Ran in six events … named to the all-conference freshmen team … had season best 10th place finish in collegiate debut at the Virginia Tech Invitational… was also the first Buccaneer to cross the finish line at Virginia Tech… finished 30th at the Atlantic Sun Championships… was the first Buc to cross the line at the NCAA South Regional, finishing 77th. 

Prep: four-time letter winner in both cross country and track… three-time sectional qualifier in cross country and two-time in track.
