2011-12 Season
Selected to the Atlantic Sun All-Freshman Team after posting a stroke average of 74.6 … played in 10 of ETSU’s 11 tournaments on the season, while tying for seventh at the A-Sun Championships with a final score of 215 … finished fifth at the Coca-Cola Invitational where he fired his lowest round of the season (68) in the opening round … overall Gibson finished with a score of 210 (68-72-70) at the Coca Cola Invitational … tied for 19th at the Puerto Rico Classic with a score 216.

Prior to ETSU
Only player ever to win the Scottish Schools Championship twice in a row (2009 & 2010)...In 2010, Gibson won the event with a two-day total of 136 (70-66) where he finished three shots clear of the field…Was also a member of the Scotland under-16 team in 2008 and the under-18 team in ’09-’10…Also a member of the Great Britain and Ireland Team in 2010... Represented Scotland in the 2010 Boys Home Internationals, where he won his last four matches of the event to lead Scotland to a second place finish...In addition, Gibson was the youngest member of the 2010 Men's Scottish Elite Team, while also earning a spot on the squad in 2011.
