Geno nets four in Sounders U-23 U.S. Open Cup win

SUMNER, Wash. (May 15, 2013) – ETSU men’s soccer standout David Geno (Kingsport, Tenn.) made noise on the national level Tuesday, scoring four goals to help Seattle Sounders U-23 defeat Doxa Italia, 5-1, in the first round of the U.S. Open Cup.

ETSU denied trip to A-Sun final in penalty shootout

FT. MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 9, 2012) – For the second consecutive year, the ETSU men’s soccer team went to penalties in the semifinals of the Atlantic Sun Tournament Championship, but this time was denied a trip to the final by Ben Ranjitsingh and the Mercer Bears in the shootout, 4-2.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (Nov. 3, 2012) – The ETSU men’s soccer team concluded the regular season with a draw, 1-1, against USC Upstate on Saturday night at County University Soccer Stadium, earning the No. 3 seed in next week’s 2012 Atlantic Sun Tournament Championship.
