The Bruins took a 1-0 lead in the 27th minute as Justin Hay netted a shot past the ETSU keeper. The Bucs outshot Belmont in the first half 9-7, but were unable to get on the board as the score would remain 1-0 at the half.

Will Moorad put the game out of reach in the 78th minute as he collected a long pass from Meacock and scored as he was able to break away from the ETSU defenders to make the final 4-0.
