Help "Pack the Pitch" against No. 4 North Carolina
Wednesday, October 27, 2010 JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 26, 2010) - The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and the ETSU men's soccer team is asking fans to help "Pack the Pitch" this Saturday at 6 p.m. at Summers-Taylor Stadium as the Bucs host the 4th ranked North Carolina Tar Heels. The first 500 fans will receive an ETSU "Pack the Pitch" T-Shirt to show their support of ETSU men's soccer. The Bucs will look to break the Atlantic Sun single-game home attendance record of 2,007, which was set in 1990 when Arkansas Little Rock faced Houston Baptist.
Fans who wear a Halloween costume or black attire to the contest will receive admission for only a Buc ($1). Also, there will be a costume contest at half time with prizes given out for the best costumes and a pre-game tailgate for ETSU students.
