LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 13, 2014) - The ETSU men's soccer team played Conference USA opponent Kentucky to a scoreless draw through the match's first 50 minutes; however, the Buccaneers could not overcome two early, second-half goals by Kentucky, as ETSU fell on the road, 2-0, Saturday evening.

51st and 54th minute goals by the Wildcats (3-2) helped Kentucky outlast the Bucs (2-2).

The Wilcats entered the match following a 1-0 victory over No. 1 Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind.

Redshirt junior Joao Ramalho (Monte Santo, Brazil) recorded three shots for ETSU in the setback.

ETSU will continue non-conference play Tuesday, Sept. 16 as the Bucs welcome FIU to Summers-Taylor Stadium at 7:00 p.m.
