Oshoniyi named head coach at 2017 MLS Player Combine

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Dec. 12, 2016) – ETSU men’s soccer head coach Bo Oshoniyi was named a head coach at the Major League Soccer Player Combine that takes place January 7-12 in Los Angeles, which was announced by the MLS on Monday.

In the showcase-style combine, Oshoniyi will lead a team of draft-eligible seniors from across the country. He will oversee one of the four combine teams and will be assisted by Mickey Kydes.

The combine consists of 60 of the nation’s top senior men’s soccer players and will be split into four teams of 15 players. The players will showcase their talents in front of representatives from all 22 MLS teams prior to the 2017 MLS SuperDraft, which takes place on January 13.

Oshoniyi is one of four collegiate head coaches that will lead a combine team. He joins head coaches from Denver, Seattle and Columbia.
