Johnson City, Tenn. - The UNC Charlotte 49ers defeated ETSU, 4-3, in men's tennis action at Memorial Center courts. The win improves UNCC to 12-7 while ETSU falls to 11-7.
ETSU opened the match by winning two of the three doubles matches to take the doubles point. In singles, UNCC was able to take advantage of the abscence of ETSU's #1 player, Gustavo Gomez, who was sidelined with a shoulder injury and take four of the six singles matches.
