ETSU never slowed down as Enrique Olivares defeated Sandy Franz in the No. 1 position, 3-0 before Franz retired due to injury. "The guys really showed a lot of heart today by winning this match so decisively. USC Upstate is a very good team and our guys could have settled but they fought hard and I'm so proud of their attitude and of their effort. It's great thing they have accomplished now that we have completed a fifth straight undefeated conference season and I'm really proud of the way they played today," said head coach Yaser Zaatini.

The Bucs will be back in action on Friday, April 18 as they enter the Atlantic Sun conference tournament as the top-seed. They will take on Lipscomb in the first round. For all ETSU men's tennis action visit www.ETSUBucs.com.
