ETSU men's tennis wraps up play at Seminole Invitational

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Nov. 2, 2007) - The ETSU men's tennis team concluded action at the Seminole Invitational hosted by Florida State University on Saturday. This also marks the end of the fall tournament season for the Bucs, they will return to action in January.

 

Competing in the Flight C draw Jason Ramski (Chicago, Ill.) fell to Florida State's Michael O'Shea in the quarterfinals, 5-1, ret.

 

Competing in the Flight B consolation Alex Apell (Savsjo, Sweden) fell in a hard fought three set match to Jacksonville's Jordi Ballester, 4-6, 6-4, 10-5.

 

The Bucs will return to action on January 18 as they compete in the VCU 4x1 Invitational in Richmond, Va. They will open up A-Sun play on March 1 when they take on Mercer in Johnson City. Keep up with the ETSU men's tennis team by visiting www.ETSUBucs.com.
