The Bucs spent a weekend in Charlottesville earlier in the fall season, when they played in the UVA Ranked + 1 Invitational. Senior Sander Gille (Kuringen, Belgium) won the consolation title of the orange singles flight.

The UVA Fall Classic will be comprised of student-athletes representing 15 different schools, including Virginia, Eastern Kentucky, George Washington, James Madison, Liberty, Maryland, Morgan State, Norfolk State, Old Dominion, Penn State, Radford, VCU, Virginia Tech and William and Mary.

Junior Juan Ramirez (Asuncion, Paraguay), sophomore Jorge Varon (Valencia, Venezuela), freshman Rogerio Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil), sophomore Roger Ordeig (Gurb, Spain), senior Jeremy Bonnevalle (Keerbergen, Belgium) and freshman Connor Knox will combine to play in four singles and two doubles draws at the invite. Ramirez, set to play in the orange flight, is slated as the draw’s No. 2 seed.

The first round of singles and two rounds of doubles will take place on Friday, with the final round of doubles and quarterfinals and semifinals of singles to be held on Saturday. Action concludes on Sunday with the finals of the singles flights.
