ATHENS, Ga. (March 18, 2015) - The ETSU men's tennis team will look to extend its three-match win streak this weekend as the Bucs visit No. 5 Georgia, UNC Greensboro, and Wofford for a trio of road matches within a four-day span.
The Buccaneers' (4-6) matchup versus UNC Greensboro Saturday will mark ETSU's first Southern Conference action of the season.
Prior to rejoining the Southern Conference this year, ETSU was a member of the SoCon from 1978 to 2005.

GETTING UP TO SPEED
In the midst of a three-match win streak, ETSU is coming off victories over Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Tennessee Tech, and, most recently, Winthrop.
ETSU topped Winthrop, 6-1, Friday, March 6 in Bristol, Tenn. The Bucs earned the doubles point in the match, in addition to winning five of the six singles points.
Co-captians Rogerio Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Ismael Merino (Lima, Peru), and Robert Herrera (Barcelona, Spain) each extended their singles win streaks to three matches with their respective victories versus Winthrop.
The doubles tandem of Conner Huertas (Lima, Peru) and Sebastian Yllera (Cinco Saltos, Argentina) has posted a 5-3 record this season, including three consecutive wins.
OPPOSITION AT A GLANCE
The fifth-ranked Georgia Bulldogs (13-2) are currently riding a seven-match win streak, and feature a lineup that includes three players ranked among the Top 30 of the ITA Men's National Singles Rankings. Georgia is 6-1 at home this season.
The UNC Greensboro Spartans (6-6, 0-2 SoCon) earned wins in each of their last two matches. The Spartans, who are 4-2 at home this season, opened SoCon play with a pair of losses, falling at Mercer, 4-3, Wednesday, March 11, before suffering a 5-2 setback at Samford Friday, March 13.
The Wofford Terriers (7-6, 1-0 SoCon) are in the midst of a three-match win streak. Wofford's lone SoCon match of the season came Sunday, March 8 when the Terriers edged Chattanooga on the road, 4-3.
