Fall 2004: Went 5-4 in singles action and 0-3 in doubles ... reached the quarterfinals of the USC Fall Invitational and the semifinals of the UNLV Fall Invitational ... named team captain for the 2005 season.

2003-04: Compiled an impressive 27-13 overall record in singles, playing primarily in the No. 4 slot ... went 9-1 in conference action ... won the Singles B Bracket at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... picked up key singles wins against opponents from No. 42 Wake Forest and No. 56 Old Dominion ... had an eight-game win streak to end regular season play ... in doubles play finished with an 18-8 record ... won his No. 3 doubles match 8-5 at the NCAA tournament against No. 16 TCU with partner Felix Insaurralde ... named to the All-SoCon Second Team in both singles and doubles ... named to the SoCon Academic and Buc Honor Roll.

2002-03: Fiuri went 16-6 in singles, with a winning streak of 12 of 13 matches in No. 4 singles, including six of his last seven matches ... went 11-1 in Southern Conference singles action ... compiled an 8-10 record in doubles, playing primarily in the third flight with teammate Federico Ochoa.

Prep: Fiuri began playing in national tournaments at the young age of 12 ... in 1994, Fiuri was ranked No. 1 in Argentina and won the Sud-American Tournament ... he began playing internationally in 1996 and was ranked as high as 18 in the world in the 16-year-old division ... Fernando has played at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Fla., on three separate occasions (1995, 1997, and 1998) ... during the offseason Fiuri practices in Cordoba, Argentina, with his coaches Marcelo Ingaramo and Carlos Roncos.
