2007 Outdoor: Enjoyed a spectacular outdoor season … named Most Outstand Freshman Performer at the Atlantic Sun Championships … won gold in the discus and hammer, breaking the school record in the hammer with a heave of 151-02 (46.09m) … took home top honors in the hammer and discus at the Furman Invitational … won gold in the discus at the Milligan Open.  

2007 Indoor: Named third team all-conference in the weight throw … earned the bronze medal in the event, tossing the weight 46-10-75 … set a season-best in the weight with a mark of 48-00.75 at the Carolina Invitational … put together a scoring effort in the shot put at the A-Sun Championships.

Prep: Three-time regional champion in the shot put and the discus … four-time district winner in the shot and the discus, as well as a multiple time all-state selection … claimed all the school throwing records at Tazwell High School, in her four years of competition with the Bulldogs … was a top volleyball and basketball player … threw upwards of 40-feet in the shot put, and over 135 feet in the discus at the high school level … was teammates with freshman thrower Jarrod Burton at Tazewell High School.
