2006 Outdoor: Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 400 at the A-Sun Championships … clocked a season-best 49.66 on the race … took second overall in the 400 at the UCF Invitational (51.11) … part of the 4x100 team that took gold at the conference championships (41.40) … the team then combined to run a season-best 40.82 at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

2006 Indoor: Ran season-best 400 time of 51.62 at the Liberty Record Bash … led off the silver-medal winning 4x400 team at the A-Sun Championships … the squad clocked 3:24.52 to earn all-conference accolades.

2005 Outdoor: Won the 200 meters at the Walker Open in 23.48… competed in the 400 meter hurdles three times, posting a season-best time of 57.28 at the Clemson Invitational for a 12th place finish and finishing eighth at the SoCon Outdoor Championships in 58.41.

2005 Indoor: Placed 19th in the 200 meters at the Rod McCravy Memorial (22.96)… finished 19th in the 400 meters at the same meet with a season-best time of 51.06.

Prep: Two-year letterwinner in track and field ... voted most valuable runner in 2004 ... set seven high school records in 2004 in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 300m hurdles, triple jump, 4 x 100m relay, and decathlon ... placed first in his region in the 400m hurdles and second in the triple jump ... placed fourth in the state in the 400m hurdles and sixth in the state in the triple jump ... all-around athlete ... lettered two years in football and in basketball and one year in baseball ... earned the coaches award in basketball ... also was actively involved in his high school’s student government.

Personal: Born on March 4, 1986 ... majoring in sports and leisure management ... son of Ken and Katie Woodruff.
