2011-12 Track & Field: Set new personal-best times in the 3000m (8:59.17), 5000m (15:37.75) and 3000m steeplechase (9:34.57), while also establishing collegiate marks in the 1500m (4:16.39) and 2000m steeplechase (6:16.61)... earned a top 10 in the first meet of the year, placing ninth in the 3000m at the Appalachian Invitational (Dec. 2-3)... was top 15 in the 3000m and 5000m at the A-Sun Indoor Championships (Feb. 17-18)... earned three top 10 and three top five finishes in eight events during the outdoor season... had his personal-best time in the 3000m steeplechase come during the A-Sun Outdoor Championships, helping the Bucs win the conference title by taking fourth in the event (April 20-21).

2011 Cross Country: Competed in all five meets... was the second Buccaneer to cross the finish line at the Mountaineer Open with a time of 20:12.7 for 28th-place.

2010-11 Track & Field: Established collegiate-best times in the mile (4:45.88), 3000m (9:28.98), 5000m (15:52.19) and 3000m steeplechase (10:16.63)... made his collegiate track debut at the Appalachian Invitational, taking 13th in the 3000m (Dec. 3-4)... earned his first top five finish at the very next meet, placing fifth in the 5000m at the Mountaineer Indoor Open (Jan. 21-22)... took two top 10's at the Liberty Quad, including his season-best timei n the 3000m steeplechase (Feb. 11)... placed 19th in the 5000m with his season-best time at the A-Sun Indoor Championships (Feb. 18-19)... earned his best finish of the year during the outdoor season, taking silver in the 3000m steeplechase at teh South Carolina Weems Baskin Relays (March 26)... finished 10th in the 3000m steeplechase at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships (April 15-16).

2010 Cross Country: Competed in all five meets as a freshman... the Jonesborough, Tenn. native placed 20th at the Upstate Invitational, 31st at the A-Sun Championships and 36th at the Mountaineer Open in Boone, N.C.
