2011-12: Competed and set ETSU bests in the shot put (11.95m), discus throw (44.50m), hammer throw (34.81m) and weight throw (12.85m)... made his Buccaneer debut at the VT Invitational (Jan. 13-14)... earned his first two top 10's at the A-Sun Indoors, taking ninth in the shot put with his personal best, and taking 10th in the weight throw (Feb. 17-18)... earned his first top 10 of the outdoor season at teh Tennessee Challenge, placing seventh in the discus throw (April 7)... placed among the top 10 in the shot put, discus throw and hammer throw at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships, also earning his first top five by taking fifth in the discus with his season best (April 20-21).

Prior to ETSU: Competed in track & field for two years at Valencia Community College in Orlando, Fla... had collegiate-best distances of 46.50m in the discus, and 13.15m in the weight throw at Valencia... a three-sport athlete in high school... named MVP of his track & field team and Athlete of the Year in high school... 1A District 8 Discus Champion in 2009... finished 10th in the discus throw at the 1A District 8 State Final.
