2011-12: Established collegiate bests in the high jump (2.05m), long jump (6.98m), 60m (7.19) and 200m (22.99)... was limited in action, but did compete at the 34th annual Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 27-28), earning top 10's in both the high jump and long jump... earned A-Sun All-Academic honors.

Prior to ETSU: Indoor and Outdoor Nike All-America in 2008 ... state high jump champion in 2007 and 2008 ... six-time all-state selection including twice in the high jump, three times in the long jump and once in the triple jump ... high school record holder in the high jump and triple jump before triple jump record was broken by brother Tanner Stepp in 2013 ... posted personal-best marks of 23'2" in the long jump, 6'10.75" in the high jump and 44' 5" in the triple jump. 

Personal: Born Feb. 8, 1991... son of Mark and Mary Stepp... majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
