2011-12: Specialized in the triple jump during both the indoor and outdoor seasons... participated in his first collegiate meet Dec. 2-3 at the Appalachian Invitational Indoor Track Meet... set his personal best in the triple jump and earned a top five finish at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships (Feb. 17-18)... took fifth place in the triple jump during the outdoor season at the Georgia Relays (March 23-24)... earned his best finish of the year at the Tennessee Challenge (April 7), taking bronze with a 14.14m leap in the triple jump... took seventh in the triple jump at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships (April 20-21).

Prior to ETSU: Participated in two years of track and field at Science Hill High School under head coach John Hyatt... earned varsity letters each year, competing in the triple and long jumps... finished first in the triple jump at the 2011 AAU Southern Indoor Track and Field National Championship... is the meet record holder in the triple jump of the Frank Carver Invitational... named MVP in 2009 and 2010 for Science Hill field events... 2010 TSSAA State Qualifier in the long jump.
