ETSU drops four-set match to UNCG

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (September 22, 2017) – It was a back and forth battle between both teams, but ETSU fell to UNCG in four sets (22-25, 25-18, 24-26, 20-25) on Friday evening in Brooks Gym. Junior middle blocker (Braedyn Tutton (Courtice, Ontario) recorded a new career-high of ten kills in tonight’s match. Tutton was on fire throughout the game placing the ball well and hitting it where UNCG was unable to control.

Bucs In 5th After First Round of Lady Paladin Invitational

GREENVILLE, S.C. (Sept. 22, 2017) – ETSU’s women’s golf team improved in each round of its first tournament of the fall season, finishing well at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship earlier this week. The Bucs picked up where they left off in their next event, standing in a tie for 5th out of 17 teams after the first round of the Lady Paladin Invitational in Greenville, S.C. Led by another strong showing from Hee Ying Loy (Johor, Malaysia), ETSU stands in a tie for 5th place out of 17 teams after the first round of the Lady Paladin Invitational on Friday in Greenville, S.C.

Bucs Blank Mocs in SoCon Opener

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Sept. 22, 2017) – ETSU got back on the winning side of the ledger in a big way Friday night. Getting goals from three different players, the Bucs opened their Southern Conference schedule -- and snapped a four-match losing streak -- with a 3-0 victory over Chattanooga at Summers-Taylor Stadium.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (September 21, 2017) – The Bucs host Southern Conference opponent UNCG on Friday night inside Brooks Gym. The match is set for 6:00 p.m. as both the number one and number two preseason coaches’ poll teams will face off for the first time this season. Friday’s match will be streamed on the SoCon digital network.

The Bucs host Chattanooga on Friday, September 22 at 7:00 pm, then take on three-time defending SoCon champion Samford on Sunday, September 24 at 2:00 pm.
