Tonight's Game ... ETSU is enjoying its longest win streak (six games) under head coach Ed DeChellis ... The Bucs havent won seven straight since the 1991-92 season when they won nine consecutive games before falling to Michigan in the NCAA Southeast Regionals second round ... Quite a Performance ... Junior point guard Cliff Decoster enjoyed a career game in the Bucs 74-60 win at VMI (Jan. 24) ... The Miramar, Fla. native, netted 19 points, one short of his career high set at VMI on Jan. 29, 2000, on a career-high seven field goals ... Decoster set a career mark with seven steals and added five rebounds ... He also produced four steals and had a key block late in the contest ... The junior led the team in steals for the seventh time this season -- the Bucs are 6-1 in those games.
During the Streak ... ETSU is enjoying its longest win streak (six games) since 1991-92 ... Four players -- Renaldo Johnson (10.8), Dimeco Childress (10.0), D.J. McDuffie (9.8) and Cliff Decoster (9.5) -- have averaged more than nine points per game during the streak ... ETSU is averaging 67.8 ppg while holding its opponent to 57.0 ppg (+10.8) ...
