JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 14, 2003)-- East Tennessee State's women's tennis team has begun practicing for its upcoming spring season. Second-year head coach Steve Brooks has brought in some young talent that should make the Buccaneers contenders in the Southern Conference in 2003. ETSU opens play at Virginia Tech on Jan. 25. The Bucs first home contest is Feb. 15 versus Carson-Newman.
