The Ospreys jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first half as Elizabeth Gowan netted her first goal of the game from Tiffany Wiggen in the third minute and then scored her second goal on as her corner kick dropped just inside the line in the 11th minute.

In the second half, both teams continued to battle but were unable to convert.
