Junior sprinters kick off 2009-10 season with a bang at Appalachian State Invitational
James set a provisional mark in the season debut - clocking in the fastest time in the 55m hurdles at 7.35. Even after the altitude adjustment James' time still held as a provisional mark, sitting at 7.37. The Criminal Justice major also ran a leg in the men's 4x400m relay, which finished second with a time of 3:22.94. In addition, this marks the first time James has captured Athlete of the Week honors.
