JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -- East Tennessee State junior Chris Wisler (Dover, Del.) earned his second consecutive Southern Conference Golfer-of-the-Week honor, for the week ending April 18.

This past weekend, Wisler won his second collegiate tournament after firing a 10-under, 206 (69-68-69) at the Bell South Intercollegiate in Raleigh, N.C. Wisler's other collegiate medal was at last year's Southern Conference Championship.

Wisler completed the three rounds with only one bogey and was seven under on par-5's. ETSU finished fourth at The Intercollegiate, carding a three-round 872 (291-293-288).

Wisler earned SoCon Golfer-of-the-Week honors on April 11 after finishing third at the Furman Intercollegiates. He leads the team with a 71.82 scoring average after 29 rounds this year. Wisler has five top-10 finishes this season, including three of the last four events.

The Bucs will defend their Southern Conference title on April 21-23 in Lexington, Va.
