Men's Tennis Announces 11th Annual Little Caesars Tennis Championships

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -- The East Tennessee State University tennis program will host the 11th annual Little Caesars Tennis Championships from July 6-17, 2000. The Little Caesars Tennis Championships provide quality tennis competition for the Tri-Cities community as well as the opportunity to support the ETSU tennis program.

The adult division events include men's and women's singles and doubles competition as well as mixed doubles for players of all skills levels. Entry deadline for adults is Wednesday, June 28 at 6 p.m. Each singles division is limited to the first 32 entries and each doubles will be limited to the first 16 entries.

The junior division events include singles and doubles for 10's, 12's, 14's, 16's and 18's. The deadline for the junior division is Thursday, July 6th at 6 p.m.

The Little Caesars Tennis Championships will also include special events throughout the two-week period. Special events include dinner parties and the Night of Champions Celebration on Saturday, July 15. The Night of Champions celebration will honor the adult champions and the East Tennessee Tennis Hall of Fame Inductees.

The adult, open and senior divisions will compete from Thursday, July 6 to Sunday, July 9. The ITA/USTA College Division will play from Tuesday, July 11 through Friday, July 14. The Junior Division will compete from Friday, July 14 to Monday, July 17.
