Johnson City, Tenn. (Feb. 25, 2002) - On the strength of an eight-game winning streak, East Tennessee State's men's basketball team has moved up to No. 17 in the nation in this week's CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25 poll. It is the highest ranking that the Bucs have ever achieved in the poll.
