Rain Washes Out Baseball Doubleheader At Davidson
Saturday, May 04, 2002 Davidson, N.C. (May 4, 2002) -- Continuous rainfall throughout the day on Saturday caused the postponement of a Southern Conference doubleheader between East Tennessee State and the host Davidson Wildcats. The scheduled three-game series will now be a two-game set, with the two teams playing a doubleheader on Sunday beginning at noon. The first game will be nine innings, while the second will be seven. |
