Laura Diaz (Aguadilla, Puerto Rico) will be representing Puerto Rico in the World Amateur Team Championships for golf next month. The tournament will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from October 18-28.
"This is a really important event for Laura as an amateur golfer and for the Puerto Rico Golf Association," said PRGA operations manager Julio Soto.
Diaz will travel to Kuala Lumpur for four days of practice before starting the tournament on the 16th.
