The Top 10 teams make the field for the NCAAs.
"I'm looking forward to competing at the NCAAs," Davies said. "Certainly, I would have liked for our entire team to be here with me, but I'm going to do my best to represent ETSU well."

He fired a school record for three-round score with a 199 and finished second at the NCAA East Regional, which moved him up the individual rankings to No. 2 nationally according to Golfweek.
Davies also set a new ETSU record for single-round score with a 63 in the first round of the UK Derby Invitational, and also set a new ETSU record with five individual championships in 2004-05. The Southern Conference Golfer of the Year, he was also a semifinalist for the Ben Hogan Award, finishing with 12 rounds in the 60s this season and placing in the Top 3 in nine of 11 events.
