JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Sept. 15, 2004) - Due to the anticipation of severe weather conditions created from the approach of Hurricane Ivan, the following changes have been made in East Tennessee State's athletic schedules. The women's soccer match against Radford University has been moved up from Sunday to tomorrow Sept. 16 at 7:00 p.m in Radford, Va. The men's golf competition at the Carpet Capital Collegiate in Dalton, Ga., has been moved from this weekend to Nov. 5-7. The women's tennis team has postponed the hosting of the annual ETSU tennis tournament scheduled for Sept. 17 and 18. Plans are in the process of being made to reschedule the tournament for early in October.
