NASHVILLE  (Feb. 26, 2006) -- With the end of the regular season at hand, the ETSU men's basketball team must try to salvage some momentum heading into the General Shale Brick Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Basketball Championship March 2-4 at Memorial Center in Johnson City.

The Bucs will have to right their ship Sunday at 4 p.m. (EST) against Belmont, a team that will be playing in front what should be a large home crowd at Curb Event Center as the Bruins will be playing for a share of the A-Sun regular season title. ETSU (15-11, 12-7) lost its chance for a part of the championship with a disheartening 76-56 loss to Lipscomb Friday night in front of a regional television audience on CSS. For the Bucs, it was their third straight loss after having won 14 of 16 during a strong midseason run.
